Rental, Property Management and Concierge Services

Do you want us to handle some of the marketing and
rentals? Or strictly the care and maintenance of the property?


For complete property management, meaning we are
responsible for cleaning, maintenance, bill paying,
inspections and routine repairs, we charge a flat fee of $250
USD per month, plus the cost of cleaning, materials and
workmanship. You maintain a small balance with us from
which we withdraw funds as needed to pay bills, taxes,
cleaning, and repairmen. Strict accounting is kept of your
funds.


If your condo administrator takes care of many of the above
items, we will agree on a fair price depending on the
reponsibilities we will be assuming.


For short term rentals, we charge 20% of the total rental price
for rental and marketing.


For a six month or longer rental contract, we charge one
month's rent as our rental and marketing fee.


Ask also about our concierge and orientation service for your
renters. From pickup service from the airport, a stop for
groceries to a full orientation of the area including best
restaurants, shopping, car rentals, canopy tours, day cruises,
entertainment,etc., resulting in happier clients who repeat.
The concierge and orientation fees can simply be built it into
the rental price, offering it as an option.


Any additional selected activities, tours, etc, are of course
paid by the renter.
